Yikes Traci posted JC price list, I didn't know I was paying 6 something bucks for dinner entree. In the end it is well worth it. Thank you Traci.
Hi Cathy!
Glad to help!
I just tried a walking route for the challenge and I thought for sure it was going to be 30 minutes or more but to my surprise when I returned home I found out it was only 20 minutes to the minute! I guess I'll have to add another street or two to my route.
When I signed up for a challenge I wasn't sure I'd be able to follow through with it. I am normally good for my word but exercising is just not my thing. I think the only 'prize' I'm hoping to win out of this is a whole new attitude towards exercise as well as to come out of this with a routine that I will simply want to do because it feels so good.
Here we go.....
Good luck all! Only a couple days left.
Quick question Cathy,
Do you think it would help to post each day we exercise OR do it one time? If you have a preference, let us know. Thanks!
Hi team! wanted to share this link I came across today. I hope this advice helps a bit. I'm inspired by you guys! We can do this!
Ps Im back on track!

Hang in there Traci, I started from walking 1 time a week to now 5 days a week, gradually over 10 months I increased my distance.
Hi team...
you can blog every day you exercise or once a week... I will check the blog daily, so if it helps you to stay motivated and on track come here daily. Also, J D thanks for the link, I think I will add that to the home page.
I really need this and am excited and agree that the real prize is getting in a routine and healthy
Good Morning Team! I'm clocking in.
Just got back from my morning walk at the park. Usually takes me 1 hour to walk 3 miles but I think this time it took me 50 minutes in part cause I was sprinting half ways cause the rain came down pouring. It was fun, I got soaking wet, about 1.3 miles to go. It was heavy rain, no turing back since the track is a loop.
Good luck to each and every one of you guys. We can do this! Have fun!
just in case you what I know where I walk this is the link

Good Morning again Team! Happy Sunday! Just got back from my walk at the park. No rain this morning. HaHa It feels so rejuvenating exercising in the morning, or maybe it's the shower I just took speaking. HaHa
Clocking in for my 2nd day exercising 3 miles in 1 hour.
My next exercising day would be on Tuesday after work and I think Im going to go back to my 30 minute walks on the treadmills, since last week I had a hard time sticking to 1 hour, I noticed I get bored by the 40th minute and the last 20 minutes feel like hell. So I think it is best if I stick to my old routine, and do 30 min. tue, wed, thur. Cathy and Traci, Keep up the great work! Have a great Labor Day tomorrow! We can do this!
