9-8 to 9-14 ~ Week 2

post daily if you would like, but I like how JD put his final tally in with each day listed in one post... so I will look for something like that at the end of the week. but please please... check in daily or on the days you exercise because I like it when I see posts in here dang it!!! LOL... it is motivating and the support from the both of you is so great!!!

Saturday 9-1 is the big day! I will add a thread on Saturday for 9-1 and by 9-7 let me know...honestly of course... how many exercise days you had for the week. I will keep a running list. we committed to 4 days but feel free to exercise 7 if you would like! :-)

$50 gift cert to gift certificates.com for the winner of this challenge. Blog daily or weekly your cardio activities. The challenge is to do 4 days minimum of cardio - but anything over 4 days counts!
