9-8 to 9-14 ~ Week 2

post daily if you would like, but I like how JD put his final tally in with each day listed in one post... so I will look for something like that at the end of the week. but please please... check in daily or on the days you exercise because I like it when I see posts in here dang it!!! LOL... it is motivating and the support from the both of you is so great!!!

keep this up and we will see the finish line in November before we know it!!!

Welcome to a new week team, How weird today I also start a new week with JC too. Awesome!

Just got back from my walk at the park, It was jam pack this morning. Starting to see familiar faces every weekend.

Way to go Cathy and Traci on week one! You guys did very good. Glad you could push yourself Cathy even though you're injured. Traci my big sis, keep it up!

Im so excited we did so well on week one. Let's do! 1-2-3 Gooooo Teammmmmmmmm!

eating breakfast and then getting on the treadmill... also will walk while sons baseball team is warming up! he has to be there an hour early. my usual routine would be to go get a mocha and sit in my car... now I will get out and enjoy the sunshine!

Nice Cathy! How are you feeling?
Cutting extra clories from your normal diet will definatly make you have a successful week. Good Job! Last night I always order pizza and this time I didn't. We did awesome! Hi-Five.

Just got back from the park. It was hard getting up this morning but I did it and I am glad I did, It gets me pumped up for todays activities.

I survuved the amusement partk but I gave in to some food temptations. I am not worried about this. I got a ton of walking in, plus I'll be walking more over this next week, plus, I have 2 extra days to diet this week as I changed my w/i day to Friday instead of Mondays.

It looks like you two are off and running this week!!

If you visit the chat room, watch for someone whose screen name is 'Red' and introduct yourself. She wants to join us but can't figure out how to get started on this site. I'll do what Cathy said and pm her with my email address. If we three see oneanother in the chat room soon, I'd love to also exchange email addresses with you all. I don't want to post it here because I keep things private when all the world can see. :)

good job on the walking both of you. I just got off a good sweaty 25 minutes on the treadmill. 2 days in a row!! whoo hoo.... I have to configure something for my knee brace because it is digging into my thigh and cutting me! not supposed to wear the thing over sweats or clothes but I might have to so I don't get cut from it! sheesh...

anyhoo...I can't tell you both how much this chat brat blog helps me... think I might change the name though ??? we need something more fitting I think... shout some ideas at me if you want...

Burn Baby Burn, Burn Baby Burn, Burn Baby Burn

Today is my rest day from exercising. Tomorrow I will hit it hard with the treadmill and the elliptical. I need to get out of the closet and assemble the arms back, I think the elliptical has a weight max limit of 275 so I didn't get on it much when i bought it because It shook a lot with my weight in the 400's, so it's been in the closet all this time. Wow I was 161 over the max no wonder it was shaking, now I'm, just 55 over not that much so I expect a little shake but not a lot. On the treadmill I had to get me a commercial one cause I didn't want it to shake while I walked on it. Its max weight on the treadmill is 450. Yikes, sterdy piece of equipment.

So you are trying some new exercise equipment? I hope you like it a lot because it will give you another option!!

I managed to get my walk in today before my daughter got home from school. It is so friggin cold here that I'd have to wear a coat if I walked tonight!!!

If I were not on a diet I'd seriously consider making a pot of chili!

Cathy, I hope your day is going great! I feel for you having a bum leg. It will pass....hang in there!

anyhoo... going to walk while daughter is at soccer training tonight. weighed in today and lost another 2 lbs!! woo hoo... so now 1.4 away from the 20 mark and have to work hard this week because I have a big party to attend on Saturday and it will be a non JC day for me!!! want to earn that cheesecake splurge!!

I got my walk in today before Olivia's school bus came. I have somehow managed to walk five out of the past 7 days. I think I have one more day to get in by Friday for the exercise challenge.

I hope all is well with you all! It is nice to make contact via email!

How's the team doing? Im so inspired by each and every one of you for keeping up the exercise and fitting it into your schedules
You guys are awesome!

Im just finishing up with my exercise for today. Clocking in 30 mintues on the treadmill.

I went to buy batteries for the eliptical display but i got the wrong size, oh well will try tomorrow now that i know the correct size. :)

Hello Team just done with my 1 hour exercise for today, awwww feeling good, going out to see a movie tonight. cross your fingers tomorrow is Traci's and my weight in! We did good this week!

I wanted to report that I finished my 4 days of exercise this week!!! Not one minute more than the required all four days, lol, but I did it!

I was telling JD that I want to work up to walking to my daughter's school which is 2 miles roundtrip.

I HEREBY REPORT THAT I WALKED 4 DAYS AT 20 MINUTES EACH THIS WEEK. (Will this work? Do you want me to list the days? I will if you want me to.)

Good morning team! Week 2 is coming to an end and I am happy to report a 4 pound loss this week! Thanks for all the encouragment, you guys are the best.

Here is a recap of my week:

9-8-07 (1 hr park + painted)
9-9-07 (1 hr park)
9-10-07 (rest day)
9-11-07 (30 min treadmill)
9-12-07 (30 min treadmill)
9-13-07 (1 hr treadmill)
9-14-07 (rest day)

I will be taking a picture of everything I consume for 2 weeks and will post it on my blog, stay tune.

Have a great weekend! My mom's bday on Monday so I am sure I will be going out to eat.

While JD is doing his much deserved happy dance (GO JD!!!), I'm doing my pitty party dance because I lost a whopping .2 lbs this week (that is point (.) two lbs). Sure would have been nice if all my exercising had actually paid off. I know it is still progress so I'll snap out of it!

If anyone has any suggestions for me to do differently this week, I'm all ears!!!
