What a cold weekend! It is hard to believe it is going to be in the 90's in a day or two!

I wanted to walk today but I may do it tomorrow. I'm still in my pj's from this morning. I've been cleaning today and doing laundry. Too bad that doesn't help!

Tomorrow is a bit of a challenge for me. There is a big family dinner. Mom is serving fettuccine alfredo, bread and salad first, then serving up her restaurant-quality dessert. I am taking my JC chicken fettuccine with some sauteed veggies to bulk it up. I am not going to be able to avoid the dessert so I'm hoping to have a serving, then move on! Wish me luck!

Thanks for the suggestions you emailed me this week JD. I need to do something different this week. I'm so tempted to exercise every other week to see if my metabolism speeds up. You guys would kill me if I did that though.

Hi Team! Saturday is almost over for me, was a good day did a lot and hardly got tired, one of the perks of keeping up with the exercise, you actually get to do more things like chores with more energy to spare.

I went to the park this morning, got home at 8am then I cut the front yard, there goes 2 hours of exercise in those two, and then I went to academy to get me some new walking shoes, then went to get weekly groceries, and then I ate lunch, after all that I decided to keep going with the painting, got the dinning room done today. I know I'll be sore tomorrow. Haha

How is everyone day? Good luck with the outside food, I might be going to a restaurant tomorrow to celebrate my mom bday.

Happy Sunday! Got in my walk at the park this morning. Going to start painting the Foyer today.

Feel a little sore but I think I will be ok.

Doesn't look we will be going out to eat today, for sure tomorrow since the 17 is her b-day.

hey guys!! just got in a good treadmill walk... sweat and all! LOL

I am refocused on JC food and enough is enough here! I have a weigh in shortly here...

Traci I did well w/the cheesecake! one piece... ooohh... I did have a mocha yesterday... the bad bad kind and I have to tell you it wasn't as "satisfying" as I would hope a sinful cheat like that would be. I have been drinking skim milk for the last two months so to have 1/2 & 1/2 was too much for me!!! can't believe I just said that! anyways, my point being was this food that I thought would always have this awesome power over me just didn't pan out that way. It was good, but it wasn't life changing if you catch my drift... didn't send me packing from JC and back to fatlady menu's! enjoy your moms dessert and just know that you have the power not the yummy dessert!!!

Guys taking a picture of what I have eating and posting it on my blog has really helped me focus on what I have been eating during the entire day and knowing and seeing it has helped control my overeating, Its so easy to forget what we eat unless we remind ourself what we ate, and thru this exercise I am doing I am learning to control bad habits. Hope it works.

Hi Gang,

I am so proud of you guys for doing do good over the weekend! I'm completely sad with how I did. I'm blaming it on a 'girl' thing. I don't want to even weigh this week! This may be the first time I will ever go to my meeting and not weigh. I hope I feel better come Friday.

Hang in there Traci. I gained weight at my last weigh in... but not letting it serve as a deterant! I am still in the fight girl!! you can do it

Thanks! I definitely feel better today! It helps not to feel bloated! It is super warm here this week but I'm planning to walk for the first time this week this evening. I will need to do it every day between now and Friday to make the challenge goal. I think I can! I think I can! I think I can!

I did it! I got my walk in....just as the storm hit. I'm glad I didn't wait until after dinner because it is still rainy.

Tonight im clocking in my 30 minute walk and 10 min on the elliptical. Yes Finally got on it, boy were my feet happy to hit the ground. haha

Hi Everyone,

I thought I posted that I got my walk in earlier today but I can't seem to find it, so maybe I didn't save/publish it.

Anyway, I walked this afternoon for 25 minutes and AGAIN just now for 25 minutes. I know that I will only get credit for one walk per day, but I felt I had to do this for my weigh in tomorrow (if I indeed weigh in). This gives me 3 (in my mind) for the week so far. I just wanted to get it done. I hope to do the 4th one tomorrow night.

You all inspired me to creat a blog of my own so I did it. It is really generic rignt now. For the life of me I can't figure out how to post pictures on it, or link it to this "Team Motivation" site by my name. JD gave me some advice but like I have said before, I am NOT computer savvy! I can't do this.

Hi Gang,

I guess I'm going to be reporting that I did 2 days this week. I did 3 sessions but two were the same day.

It was homecoming today here so I was in a hurry and only had time to pick my food up. I didn't weigh! I'm okay with that. I'm being good. I hope to have a decent weigh in next week.

I'll try to post some photos to my new blog this weekend. I'm struggling with it but JD is trying so hard to help me.

Yikes the 3rd week had ended and I only exercised 3 days. I am heading out of town, so I will also miss my walks at the park this weekend.

Hope to make some up during the week.
