week SEVEN - 10-13 to 10-19

got my Ipod, got my walking shoes on, got my water....

Wow week seven-eleven haha

I got my 3 miles in today, walked sooo slow since my knee is still hurting but i think the walking helped a little to streach the knee out, haha

Ouch I feel the pain coming back!

I went walking, then car wash, got my weekly grocerys, cut the front yard, took a shower, ate breakfast, and now 10:00am checking my email haha... looks like a good morning for me. Have a great one you guys! Good Luck on your weigh in today!!!

well aren't you ambitious today!! I had weigh in at 7am and then my son had a baseball game at 10 am and now here I am ready to play computer games...woo hooo... should be doing homework or walking on the dreadmill!!! but I will get to both today! My goal for this week is to have 4 days in and have those in by WEDNESDAY!!!

Good morning, Great job Cathy how did the weigh in go? Hope it was good.

Today i got up and did my 3 miles at the park, went a little fast since my knee feels a little better, still not pain free.

I got home and had energy to cut the back yard, I used to do the back in 3 parts since i couldnt do it all at once without resting cause i would tire easyly but today i did it all in one shot.

Just took a shower and getting ready for my breakfast. Potato and egg today.

around 3pm i am suppose to meet my friend I walked in the 5k, we will meet at the park to walk another 3 miles, or play vollyball since her congregation meets for some good old healthy outings. wish me luck.

Yesterday I did good, I almost had subways, and one quesadialla from taco cabana, and one chick-fil-a chicken sandwich but I was strong to resist all those places and had 2 serving size of cereal instead.

good work on the food choices. it is hard at times ... just want to CAVE in sometimes! BUT you did awesome! and obviously getting in great shape

I lost 2lbs yesterday at weigh in which I think is pretty good considering I haven't really eaten JC food for two full weeks! I am back on the program now though!!!

OK...seriously folks... we need to start bouncing ideas for a rendevous!

Wow you guys are really moving along. I walked yesterday and hopefully will get to the trainer tonight for my class, we will see. What great inspiration I get from all of you wonderful people. Thanks for all that you guys give.

You guys are leaving me in the dust this week!

I am soooo tired today but I have yet to do one day of exercise for the challenge this week! It has been raining here, so I just want to go to sleep!

Where and when would you like to meet up? I am afraid to fly on a plane but I can drive! I wonder what is in the middle for us? If we stay in touch, we could meet up in the Spring after we make some more progress. It would be fun to celebrate ALL the pounds we have lost between us.

I'm game!

I am scared to fly but I would hate for everyone else to have to sacrifice just for me.

Im clocking in my 30 min exercise on Tuesday and today Wednesday.
I could of gone the extra mile and could have done 1 hour today but i want to give my knee another day to rest, since it still hurts a tad bit.

How are you all are doing this week?

I am in Seattle Traci... I'll go anywhere... love to travel - hate to fly - but will... the thought of being in a tin can 35,000 feet in the air is a bit too much for me too... but I say a prayer and that is that :-)

My exerise for the week is:

10-13-07 walk 3 miles at park
10-14-07 walk 3 miles at park
10-15-07 off
10-16-07 walk 1.5 miles treadmill
10-17-07 walk 1.5 miles treadmill
10-18-07 walk 3 miles at park
10-19-07 walk 3 miles treadmill

I cannot belive that week seven is over already. I got 6 days in this week, not too shabby. Everyone seems to be doing awesome, boy if we keep walking this much we might eventually run into each other how funny would that be.

I wonder how much weight we have lost in all between us? We'll have to figure that out.
