week ATE...uh EIGHT

sorry I have taken so long to do this... I have had a complete "don't want to look at the computer" week!!!! bad person I know!!! my apologies to you all...

I am struggling here. I lost more weight before I added exercise into the mix. I lost 8 pounds over 7 weeks. I'm rebelling. I have only had one day of activity this week so far. Stay tuned for more....

I only have 2 days in this week so far. I'm hoping to get out today and tomorrow! I ate some Halloween sugar cookies yesterday and I need to work them off!!!

I got one more day of walking in today. I'm not on fire yet but I'm starting to smoke a little.

Well I did get all my exercise in this past week, could not believe it. I actually got to the gym every day for a total of 6 days and walked and ran on the treadmill. Everyone seems to be keeping it together and that is really all that we can do. It is all about taking one day at a time.

Woo hoo go traci! Im liking your new exercise routine. Gradually increase it cause it makes you feel better. Im glad everyone is doing great.

New week lets make this week extra special, one week before thanksgiving so we got a week to plan ahead of what we really want to happen and not make our holiday one that will regret. Think Healthy and you will succeed.

Yes! We still have time to plan a successful Thanksgiving! My strategy is to be super strict and on plan so that I can loosen the reigns a little bit on Thanksgiving day. Our family has a dinner like this two times a year and I'm going to participate.

The hardest thing for me is that my husband's family also has a big dinner the Sunday after Thanksgiving. I would rather skip the desserts at both meals to have some things I've been missing, but I'll still have to be careful.

I am planning to get a brisk walk in on those days if I can find some place to walk. Both dinners are out in the country. Maybe I should push myself to walk every day other than the two dinner days, and if I am able to get a walk in on one or both of those days, I'll be doing super good.

What are your thoughts and plans? Let's help each other figure this out!
