How is it going everyone? I hope you are enjoying the beautiful weather I'm enjoying here in the midwest.

I managed to get my tail outside for a walk yesterday and hoping to go again today. My back is feeling back to normal.

Wierd week I think???

I was able to get my walk in yesterday afternoon. I'm up to 3 days this week, one more to go on Thursday.

I'm taking today off!

working out before I do all my running around so I won't have an excuse not to do it when I get home tonight!!

Hi Guys sorry I have been absent posting my progress here. So far I only walked like 5 miles on Saturday and 3 miles at the park on Sunday.

I hope to get in some walking today but im not going to push it if my knee still hurts.

Hope everyone is doing great! Cathy, Traci, and Lisa are my inspiration! You guys keep me going in your own special way! Thanks buddies!

By the time you read this it will be Friday, so "Happy Friday!"

I got a decent walk in Thursday afternoon with my neighbor, so I made the 4 day minimum this week!!! If I am really motivated Friday, I may get out and do one more.

I was going to weigh in Friday but decided to get back with my original counselor that I liked so much. I will be weighing on Saturdays now, so I get one extra day to diet this week before I find out how I did. I hope the 5K's worth of additional calorie burning pays off!

looks like my total for this week were
exercise only on sat and sunday.

Hey everyone I got all my exercise in every day this week, I cannot believe it, I think it was because I was very down and out so walking helped me out. 7 days this week.
